We deliver across our designated local service zones.

Specific delivery time slots (including same-day or early morning deliveries) can be arranged and confirmed directly via WhatsApp during order placement.

2. Delivery Charges

Standard delivery rates or distance-based charges (if applicable) will be communicated to you on WhatsApp based on your exact location pin/address.

3. Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery is available for select fresh flower bouquets and ready stock hampers, provided the order is confirmed before the daily cutoff time. Please check directly on WhatsApp for real-time slot availability.

4. Recipient Availability & Delivery Attempts

Fresh flowers are perishable items. Please ensure the recipient or an authorized person is available at the provided delivery address.

If the recipient is unavailable, our delivery person will attempt to leave the package with a neighbor/security guard or contact you on phone.
