1. Product Availability & Substitutions

All floral arrangements, money bouquets, garlands, jewellery, and chocolate hampers are handcrafted and subject to seasonal availability.

Because flowers are fresh products, minor variations in bloom size, shade, or packaging wrapping may occur. In rare cases where a specific flower type is unavailable, we will inform you via WhatsApp before substituting it with an item of equal or higher value.

2. Pricing & Ordering

Displayed prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹).

Placing items in your cart on the website creates an order summary draft. Your order is officially confirmed only after direct confirmation with our team via WhatsApp.

3. Cancellations & Modifications

Custom & Fresh Flower Orders: Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers and custom-crafted items (such as money bouquets and jewellery), cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time.

Once preparation or dispatch has started, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

4. Customization Requests

If an item is unavailable or you require a unique design, you can contact us directly on WhatsApp to arrange a custom order tailored to your budget and theme.

5. Intellectual Property

Images, product titles, branding assets, and catalog designs displayed on https://afrozflorist.com belong strictly to Afroz Florist. Unauthorised reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.
